After spending years working with different carriers in various leadership roles, Kirk McMillan joined the Gryphin Advantage as its new President in September of 2021. Kirk brought more than 20 years' experience to his role. He has led distribution teams in Canada, as well as the United States. In the U.S., he ran a team that spanned 42 states with more than 1,000 licensed representatives. His focus for the past decade has been the manufacturing side of the business, but now he is back to helping Advisors grow and develop their business. Kirk has been an active member of industry associations and has served as President of the Durham Region Advocis Chapter in the past. His mission is to promote the Gryphin Advantage for their unique culture, flexibility, and tremendous commitment to their Advisors.
